Authorized CHARD Users are general practitioners, psychiatrists, and nurse practitioners as well as their Medical Office Assistants (MOAs), and Integrated Health Network staff. Service providers and practitioners will also have access to CHARD. They will be able to create delegates, and maintain their records and provide updated information. However, they will not have access to the full search functionality.
