Who endorses CCCP?
• We are officially endorsed by the Matroska Project, the people who brought you the MKV format. They originally provided their own codec pack, but dropped it in favor of ours as it was of higher quality and better maintained. • We are unofficially endorsed by On2, best known for their VP codecs, as a reliable codec pack to use for decoding video. (sidenote: they supply a registry file that will enable more decoding filters in FFDShow, we simply recommend you enable any additional esoteric formats not normally enabled by hand.) • We are recommended by a large number of anime fansubbing groups. • Ditto for ‘scene’ groups (you can find out who yourself).
