Who develops and maintains WorkRoll?
Workroll was developed and is maintained by Steve Schneider, a New York City-based web developer. He has been building web applications since 1995, and Java applications since 1999 During the past decade, he has taken a lead role in developing web sites for clients such as Warner Music Group; Carnegie Hall; Guardian Life Insurance Group; NBC; MTV; BMW Motorcycles; Mercedes Benz of North America; Boo.com; Starwood Hotels; and many others. He has worked for a variety of companies, from web consultancies such as Avalanche Systems, Razorfish, Inc., and Organic, Inc.; ad agencies such as Merkley & Partners; “pure-play” start-up firms such as TabletHotels and HNW, Inc.; financial-services firms such as TIAA-CREF; and content-driven IT operations, most notably the new-media division of Major League Baseball (mlb.com).
