Who can change the service / account profile of a Primary User?
New services / accounts can only be added to the profile of a Primary User by means of an amendment request with a company’s resolution. Please click here to obtain the form. However, Primary User can online de-select some (with at least one remaining) existing accounts / services (other than default services) for other Primary User(under Dual Management Control only) or for his / her own profile. Such maintenance by Primary User will have to go through either sole or dual Management Control authorisation, as the case may be.
