Who can become a member of SAI Platform?
All food industry companies which agree with SAI Platform’s principles and are committed to supporting sustainable agricultural practices within their field of business are welcome to join the Initiative. The definition of “food industry company” is taken in a broad sense, and includes companies manufacturing and marketing food & beverages, food service companies and trading companies. The Platform also encourages other stakeholders interested in sustainable agriculture to participate in its various activities (see Question 7).
