Who are the firms clients?
Our client base is extremely diverse. For example, in the corporate finance arena, we took NIKE public in 1980 and continue to be its primary law firm in such areas as litigation, corporate acquisitions and securities transactions. Business clients include a major veterinary chain, public institutions, many automobile dealerships, manufacturers, real estate developers, e-commerce and growth companies in various technologies, media (print and television) companies, and sports organizations, for example. We represent banks and other financial entities and are well-known for our corporate reorganization and bankruptcy expertise. The firm’s litigation clients also cover a wide spectrum, from Native American tribes, to timber companies, major utilities, large corporations, corporate directors and individuals.
