Flamingo Crossing Ltd is an ordinary TCI company set up for the purpose of investment into the Flamingo Crossing project and for directing finance and development of the project for the land-owners under contract with and through the close assistance of licensed corporate management services firm Paradise Corporate Services Ltd. and attorneys Duncanson & Co. The face of the developer company is local attorney Mr. Beryn Duncanson. The architect is Mr. Paul Matthews is a British architect with 27 years professional experience worldwide. Paul had his own practice in the Turks & Caicos Islands, is formally an Associate Partner with Graham Seabrook Partnership in the UK until taking up the post within Project Management of Flamingo Crossing. Other buildings in the TCI where Paul was involved in the design include several local commercial plazas, developments and numerous homes.
