Any business that provides a useful service or a specialized skill is most likely to succeed. Any small business that does cleaning, repair work, printing, painting, consulting, etc will succeed because these are services that people need and will consistently demand if you provide a high standard of service. Because there are so many people persuing sales jobs and desk jobs there is a shortage of people who actually know how to do things. Those who know how to fix cars, hang wallpaper, build shelves, and do landscaping are making the big bucks because those who use their services are more concerned about the job being done right than what it costs.
