SurfSpot software uses port 80. Be sure that port 80 is free and not used by any other software. If You get the message ‘Error: port 80 is use’, please close application which uses port 80 before start of the SurfSpot software. To find which software uses port 80 in command promt (cmd.exe) use command netstat -abn If You use Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 please disable IIS server. Network interface configuration In the SurfSpot software – Setup – Network page select network interface. That is network card on the server computer used for connection with the client computers. In Server IP field type IP address of this network card. Save settings.
