Where does LIS source lease information?
LIS reports are generated using leases purchased directly from the equivalent land titles offices in each state. Each quarter LIS compiles a list of leases that have been registered for each centre, in that period. Copies of the leases are then purchased and key information entered into the LIS database. The complete database is then available to both the subscription and individual report users to interrogate.
