Where does Dialer keep track of call list recycles, and what different actions would cause the count to reset to 0?
For example, stopping/restarting the campaign, changing a filter and clicking Done in Campaign Administrator, etc. • The Update Server keeps track internally of the number of times a campaign has recycled. • The reset counter is not set to 0 when a filter is applied. It will only be reset to 0 when the campaign is reset or started.
