Where can one find expansion capital for a successful multi-unit pizza franchise?
We are the franchisee for Zpizza in a 12-store eastern Virginia territory that includes Richmond, Charlottesville and Williamsburg. The first store was funded completely out of pocket and was immediately profitable. Its business is growing as we have just begun to advertise. Now we’ve worked the kinks out, it’s time to expand to spread our costs over more stores and increase our penetration and market share; however, there is not a single bank in the known universe that will fund such a request. We’re open to any of your ideas.
