Where can I take a class to learn more about child restraint in vehicles?
Children Are Priceless Passengers (CAPP) is a voluntary program available to persons cited for a violation of A.R.S. 28-907A (Child Restraint Law). Upon completion of the class and presentation of the certificate, the fine will be reduced to zero. Some attendees may obtain a new child safety seat during the class. Classes are two hours in length and offered in both English and Spanish. A class fee of $25 is required, pre-registration is required, and only cash or money order payment will be accepted. Daycare is not provided, and children are not permitted at the classes. Registration The fee for the classes is $25.
