You will want to call the party supply stores in your area. They typically rent those sorts of things. If you are a poorer school you might be able to sweet talk them into donating the rental. Your local home store, Home Depot or other such place might have a nice garden arch they would be willing to lend or donate to the cause too. Wedding planners and bridal shops also have such things. If you are looking for affordable explore all of those options. Also look into if there are tax credits available in your area for donations made to schools. Where I live it is a dollar for dollar credit. That makes for a really easy sell when trying to get someplace to donate something so be sure you know about it and can pitch it.
