The online Course Reserve Request Forms (Books & Media, Articles & Book Chapters) can be accessed from the Library Website. Faculty can cut and paste information into the forms and then print out the form and deliver it to the Library Circulation Desk along with the items that are to be placed on course reserve. This forms is also available at the Circulation Desk.
