Where are the kerbside boxes collected from and when?
To ensure a collection, we ask that both kerbside boxes be presented at the edge of your property, where it meets the pavement, which is clearly visible to the crews before 8.30am on the day of collection. If you have purchased a lid these should not be put out on the day of collection. Sticker calendars are available with collection dates to attach to the side of your kerbside boxes.
