Small Claims actions are under the jurisdiction of the Justice Court. You may obtain forms and proper procedures by visiting their office on the second floor of the Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Avenue. Business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
