Whenever I try to view a report or inquiry for a particular account or accounts, the error message says that I do not have access to that account. What do I do to get access?

Be sure that you are using the correct operator code, first. You may have access to the account using another operator code, if you have more than one. To check, log out and then back in with your other operator code and try to repeat the inquiry or report. If you find that you do have access for that operator code, you may not need to do anything further. However, if you determine that you need access to that account(s) on both of your operator codes, then you need to complete the correct access update application. Access forms can be found on the website for the Office of the Comptroller. Click on the link to Forms, then follow the links for System Access. Be sure to select the correct type of access and then the correct form for adding or deleting accounts only. One form is required for each operator code, and it must be signed by your senior business officer before sending it to the address on the form.
