When will the SCC4 mainframe systems replaced by OLV be disabled (SOLQ, BENDEX and ESC)?
In early 2006, we notified counties that SOLQ, BENDEX, and ESC options in SCC4 would be disabled. This notification increased OLV usage by 40% and identified some issues with OLV that had not been found yet. Based on this new information, we issued a Dear County Director letter dated 9/21/06 indicating the SCC4 options would not be disabled until the issues were resolved. In addition, a minimum of 3 weeks notice will be given once the date to disable the SCC4 options (SOLQ, BENDEX, and ESC) has been established.
