The FDR Memorial is located along the Tidal Basin, and halfway between the Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials. The FDR Memorial is focused on many statues, quotes, and waterfalls. FDR brought the Unites States through the Great Depression and World War II. There is no admission to look at this memorial, it is free. The FDR Memorial is open from 8:00 a.m. until midnight every day.
