When I try to load the ECF Application it freezes at the black “ECF Warning: closing this window will immediately close the appellate program” screen. Whats wrong?
In nearly every instance, the reason for this is that the user’s computer does not have the Java plug-in loaded as a software application for you browser. The Google Toolbar, which is installed with Java, must be removed from your system or you will encounter problems with ECF. Finally, you must have any internet pop-up blockers disabled in order for ECF to work properly.
