When I try to edit the template in the preview pane, by clicking on the template and hitting backspace, the template disappears. Why?

Yes, a Favorites folder has been provided by High Impact eMail to store templates that you use regularly. To add a template to the Favorites folder, click on the template and select the File | Add to Favorites menu option or click on the right mouse button and select Add to Favorites. Once you have added a copy of the selected template to your Favorites folder, the template will be available from both the Favorites folder and the folder where it was originally stored.
