Here are some tips to keep in mind: • Make sure that you enter your entire 10-digit number into the “Phone Number” input box. This even applies to customers with 1-800 service plans. • Do not confuse the web password and the telephone access PIN. These cannot be used interchangeably. Attempts to login to your account on the web with your 4 digit PIN will fail! • For your protection against someone trying to gain access to your account by trying to guess your password, our system allows for 3 login attempts within a 1 hour period. After 3 failed logins, you are locked out of your account for 1 hour, after which you can try again. • If you forget your password, you can have it reset to a randomly-generated value by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link from the home page. You will be asked to provide your 10-digit number and two pieces of personal information (your mother’s maiden name and your birth city).
