When I send a Joining Instructions letter to a delegate, the ‘Select’ check box against that delegate’s name is greyed out, why?

• When you send a letter to a delegate, you select a certain type of correspondence e.g. Email or Snail Mail on Departmental Address. Now whatever correspondence type you have selected, that address should be there in the system i.e. if you have selected Email as the correspondence type, there should be an email address in the system for that delegate. The ‘Select’ check box will be greyed out if the selected type of address for a specific delegate is not present.
