When I plug in my portable audio player, nothing happens — iDoubler doesn find it. What could be wrong?

There are number of things that could be at issue: • Have you started the iDoubler program? When you initially install iDoubler, it will not be running; double-click its desktop icon to start it. After this, iDoubler will start automatically when you log on to your computer and its icon will appear in the system tray next to the clock to let you know it’s available. • Was your device plugged in when you logged in or manually started iDoubler? If so, iDoubler will consider it to be a “fixed” part of your system, and not a removable device. (Make sure your device is unplugged when you start iDoubler.) • Does your device require a special device driver to be recognized by Windows? Most audio players show up as a removable storage device and are assigned a Windows drive letter. However, if your player requires a device driver to work this way and the driver hasn’t been installed, then iDoubler won’t see your device. • Are you using a Sansa E260 or similar player?
