When don I earn KrisFlyer miles?
KrisFlyer miles aren’t earned in a number of circumstances as set out in your Credit Card’s Conditions of Use. These circumstances include government charges (other than GST), interest and other fees and charges, cash advances, any spend deemed to be for business purposes, balance transfers and BPAYTM payments. You will also not earn miles if your account is out of order, closed or blocked. Your miles will be deducted if you return a purchased item.
