When do my ThankYou Points earned through purchases with participating stores appear in my ThankYou Points Summary?
ThankYou Points earned as a result of qualifying purchases from our participating stores will post to your ThankYou Points Summary within 90 days of the date of purchase. If your points do not appear on your ThankYou Points Summary after 90 days, please contact the ThankYou Service Center 1-800-THANKYOU (1-800-842-6596) within 180 days of the purchase date and provide the following information: 1. Store Name 2. Store Address (For purchases made in-store) 3. Service Address (For ADT purchases) 4. Order date 5. Dollar amount spent 6. Payment Type 7. Online or In-Store Purchase 8. Reward Amount Disputed 9. Order confirmation # 10. For NetFlix purchases – email address used when enrolling 11. For DirecTV purchases – email address used when enrolling, type of service ordered and the service address Please note that we cannot research orders that were placed 180 days or more prior to today’s date. Stores will not address order inquiries that are older than 6 months or 180 days.
