When do I evolve in Pokemon Explorers of sky?

To evolve your starter pokemon in Pokemon Explorers you first have to beat Darkria (after beating the game) and then go back to Special Rift and beat Palkia. Palkia will want to join your team. Then go to Luminos Spring and you can evolve. Thanks for using ChaCha!
