When designing a multi-layer pc board, what is a good stacking order for power and ground planes relative to analog circuitry?

With a four layer board, it is good to have signal traces on the top and bottom layers, Ground plane in the second (or third) layer, and power traces (and sometimes other traces) in the third (or second) layer.
