When using the Convert Coverage Annotation tool to convert coverage annotation, any TAT items will be discarded. In order for these to be copied over, you must first define corresponding fields in your target annotation feature class. Those with matching field properties will then be transferred accordingly. Note that no pseudo items will be transferred. However, you can use the command Arc: ADDTEXT to populate the TAT with most of the pseudo items and the define corresponding fields in your target annotation.
