Whats with all the frogs?

What’s hot and what’s not can’t be predicted, and it certainly can’t be dictated. It just is. That doesn’t mean stores that cater to teen shoppers won’t try. Encouraged by movies such as “Emma” (Gwyneth Paltrow in wispy, high-waisted gowns) and “Clueless” (Alicia Silverstone in designer labels), many shops have placed their bets on a spring filled with soft, feminine styles.
