Whats the interview process like at DCP?
The interview process can vary depending on the position. Generally, the recruiter will contact the candidate and speak with him/her on the phone. Then, the candidate will come into the office to meet with the recruiter and the interview team from the business. Sometimes a decision is made after one round of interviews. At other times, the candidate will come back to the office to meet additional people from the business. The candidate is notified once the outcome of the interview is determined.
