Whats the difference between “vertical” bamboo and “horizontal” bamboo?
This is simply an aesthetic difference and a matter of personal taste. Horizontal shows you the more natural side of bamboo flooring, knuckles, growth rings and all. Vertical is showing you a different side of the bamboo, creating a cleaner look without the natural markings. Other than the look, there’s virtually no difference.
