Whats the difference between vegetarian and vegan diets?
A vegetarian diet excludes the flesh of animals, even fish and poultry. A vegan diet excludes anything derived from an animal, including milk, cheese, eggs, and sometimes honey. People calling themselves vegan try to avoid animal products in their daily life, such as leather, wool or silk.
