Whats the best metal polish?
Hey Derek, I have worked with making metal polish compounds and there are several different components in making up a metal polish. To speak clearly on the answer is simple form is yes the page that they talk about is true here’s why. There are compounds that are for cutting and also compounds for color meaning shine. Abrasives are used for both instances however some are designed specifically for each one. Abrasives do scratch the metal but are often times for cutting hard oxidation or rust away and shine compounds are for some what polished metals you want to look good. Abrasives really are not that safe because they will scratch the surface from what this company says is that they use no abrasives so they obviously use other chemicals to do this that are probably patented and really strong. The tube polish part they talk about is also true because tubes are a way metal polish can be thick but still come out of the tube itself which means they have no oils or liquid bases to help kee
