We recommend using .mov (Quicktime) or .wmv (Windows Media) with MPEG4 or H264 compression. The video should also have at least 320×240 resolution.

For best results, we recommend using VP6 encoded to Mogulus specs using the “use file as master” option. If not doing this we recommend .mov (Quicktime) or .wmv (Windows Media) with MPEG4 or H264 compression and it will be transcoded. The video should have at least 320×240 resolution.
