LS9’s default configuration is “ALL ACCESS”, which pays NO attention to function codes. In order to dis-allow specific function codes (or to grant inquiry-only access), you have to painstakingly REMOVE function codes one-by-one with at least 2 mouse clicks for each function code you’re removing.
