IATAN is the main industry identification for Travel Agents. It entitles the barer to travel discounts, entrance into seminars and tours, and industry functions. It is only available once you have earned $5000 in commissions. PLEASE BEWARE: This is not the same as an IATA card which is not an official IATAN card, simply a photo ID with an IATA number on it. It is not usually accepted for travel agent discounts or identification.
