The qualification is in two parts or units. The first unit contains the knowledge you need to be a door supervisor and the second looks at building the skills and knowledge you require to manage conflict. The qualification is examined by two multiple choice tests. The trainee door supervisor must pass both the tests to achieve the qualification.
