What will the personal interview be like?
The purpose of an interview is to get an impression of your overall personality, your communication and presentation skills, your ability to react to different situations. Your motivation to work for exactly this specific company will also be very important. Interviews can usually take up to one hour. You may be interviewed by one or more people, by HR people only or by managers from your prospective working place. Common questions deal with your experience, especially previous working experience, your expectations for the future, and your knowledge about the company.
