It’s generally accepted that the Florentine artist Masaccio (1401-28) was the first truly ‘Renaissance painter’. His earliest known work after graduating was the Giovenale Triptych (now in the Uffizi Gazllery in Florence), dated 1422, so I guess that’s your answer.
