Dialog Plus offers full Skype integration. You can also use it with other VoIP applications by setting the Audio IN/OUT preferences to USB Headset (Dialog Plus is recognised as a Headset). The first software release for DialogPlus does not yet offer full iChat integration, in the sense that you have to use your mouse or keyboard to receive/initiate a call. Integration with iChat AV will be complete very soon. The conversation recording function in iChat AV is fully functional out of the box.
