It’s not an expensive one, but although you’re not worried about the cost, there is no real reason to spend more than you need to right? I recently bought the Eureka Boss 4D 5893, for only $139.99 and it’s the best I’ve ever owned/used, including Dysons! I have 3 cats and 1 very hairy and large dog and it cleans up after them like they were never in the room. It’s heavy though, that’s really the only drawback I’ve found with it. With kids, I’d recommend that vacuum and then a good steam cleaner too, since you have the budget for it.
