The Developer will issue Golf Memberships and Sports Memberships. Golf Memberships will include Premier Resident, Premier Designee, Premier Non-Resident and Community Golf (descriptions below in question #9). Golf Members may use all golf and related facilities of the Club. Golf Members are not charged greens fees, but are required to pay monthly dues (with exceptions for certain categories), cart fees, all guest charges, and for food, beverage and merchandise. Sports Members may use the spa and recreational facilities and will have limited use of the Golf Courses. The Developer has the right to extend limited user privileges with respect to the golf facilities to Sports Members on days and at times that the Developer determines are underutilized.
