What types of cases does the firm handle?
The firm represents victims of toxic injuries in cases against the chemical and drug companies that manufacture toxic chemical products. Most of the firm’s practice is concentrated on litigating occupational cancer, blood and lung disease cases. For clients who need organ transplants, the firm litigates to compel insurers to pay for such costly procedures.
