A. Our software currently only loads .aiff files. We looked into supporting .mp3 as well, but load time was a significant amount longer than .aiff, so we scrapped it. There have also been some reports from users having trouble loading .aiffs exported from Reason. Re-saving those files in a separate audio editor seemed to fix the issue.
