Grants (gift-aid) Scholarships (gift-aid) Work-Study Loans Scholarships Veteran’s Benefits Grants and scholarships are gift-aid and do not need to be paid back. Work-study allows the student to work and earn money to help pay for school. Loans are borrowed money that must be repaid with interest. The CCA Financial Aid Handbook provides greater detail on the types of financial aid available at CCA. Refer to the Funding Education Beyond High School: The Guide to Federal Student Aid (available in English and Spanish) for further information on Federal Student Aid. If you are a veteran, contact the CCA Advising Center to determine if you are entitled to financial aid benefits offered through the Veteran’s Administration.
