What traffic improvements will be made?
Target is proposing several improvements to address traffic concerns at this intersection. Based on work by our traffic engineers, a new traffic signal would be added south of Old Shakopee Road. Railroad crossing signs and guards would also be installed on Normandale Blvd. Turn lanes would be extended and added to improve the flow of traffic at the intersection.
