WHAT SUPPORT IS PROVIDED IN IC LABS?
The lab assistants at the IC Help Desk are available to help troubleshoot our hardware, software problems, or printing problems as well as provide limited application support. If you have questions about a particular software feature or procedure, please check the application’s on-line help first. Limited application assistance is available at the Help Desk, but due to the sheer number of programs available in the labs, we won’t always know the answer to your questions on a particular application. If you have questions about your class assignments, please ask your instructor. Tutoring services are available from the Tutoring Center in Building 26.
