Sphere training originally took the form 3-4 day inter-agency workshops. In 2002 a shift was made by the Project to focusing on 8-day Training of Trainers courses (ToTs), with a view to ToT “graduates” using their acquired skills to organise Sphere workshops or further ToTs.
